awarded Milton Keynes Hotel of the Year 2013

The team at Best Western Moore Place are celebrating top award wins at this year’s Milton Keynes Food & Leisure Awards, held at Jury’s Inn, on Sunday 12th May.

The stunning Georgian hotel, located in the heart of the picturesque village of Aspley Guise, was presented with two awards on the evening; most notably being named ‘Hotel of the Year 2013' in the 50+ bedrooms category. Valued team member Chris Walters was also recognised at the ceremony with the Waiter of the Year award for his 2 years service at the hotel.

General Manager Edward Holland said “It is a fantastic achievement for all the team here at the hotel and I’m also personally delighted for Chris on his award which highlights his outstanding personality and the level of service he provides to our guests’.

The MK Food and Leisure Associated have the vision of putting Milton Keynes on the leisure map and the prestigious awards ceremony aims to honour the best restaurants, pubs, hotels, chefs, gyms and destinations in the city.
